Welcome to the National Solidarity Programme (NSP) Jobs Site where recently vacated or new job openings are listed daily and which the NSP has an immediate interest in recruiting and selecting eligible candidates to fill. This site is updated by NSP Human Resources Department and represents another initiative by the NSP to broaden its search for the best people to assist it in accomplishing its mission to reduce poverty through improved governance, and social, human, and economic capital.

NSP Procurement Department Date Posted 3/7/2010


The Procurement Department of the National Solidarity Programme operates independently from the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development and carries out procurement of goods, works and services for the Programme.

The Procurement administration of the NSP is carried out in accordance with World Bank Procurement Guidelines for projects funded by the World Bank: "Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits" dated May 2004, "Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers" dated May 2004, and the Procurement Regulations of the Government of Afghanistan for projects funded by the project's other bilateral donors.
